Your OAS Student Portal allows you to register for classes and pay fees. Every OAS student already has an account linked to school records. Please do not create a new account - this will cause duplicates and make it difficult to access your student records.

The CASAS assessment helps identify your learning needs and place you in the program that best supports your success. Students enrolling in English as a Second Language (ESL) are required to complete a CASAS pre-test before starting and a post-test when they finish their program. For all other programs, the test is optional but highly recommended. CASAS is always free for Oxnard Adult School students. Click here to learn more
To enroll in the High School Diploma program, High School Equivalency Classes, or Certified Technical Education (CTE) classes, please schedule an appointment with a counselor. To enroll in English as a Second Language (ESL) classes or the HiSET test, contact us at (805) 385-2578.
Policies and expectations
Oxnard Adult School (OAS) does not guarantee job placement. Student records are released only with a signed consent form from the student. Students are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. Training at OAS should be treated as preparation for the workplace, and students are required to remain respectful toward staff and classmates. Failure to comply with school rules, policies, or departmental guidelines may result in withdrawal from a program. Refunds are limited. No refunds are issued for students who withdraw voluntarily. A non-refundable $20 early cancellation fee applies to all fee-based classes. Once a class has begun, or if fees have been paid for tests, textbooks, or class materials, no refunds will be granted. All refund requests must include the original receipt. Refunds are issued only if a class is canceled by the school, and processing may take four to six weeks.
