Oxnard Adult School offers payment plans for to support students who need additional flexibility with tuition payments.
0% interest, interest-free payment plans are available for tuition only for the following programs:
IT Support Technician | Medical Assistant Program | Pharmacy Technician | Caregiver
Step 1: Schedule a Zoom Meeting
Schedule a Zoom Meeting with the Student Accounts Manager.
Please send an email to allie.ducker@oxnardunion.org with your availability.
Step 2: Submit the Payment Plan Agreement
After completing your Zoom meeting, submit the Payment Plan Agreement using the link below.

What Happens After You Submit?
- Your request will be reviewed by the Student Accounts Manager.
- If approved, you will receive an email with:
- Your payment plan details
- Payment due dates
- An invoice for your records
- Payment Plans are typically processed by within two business days.
Important Information
- Payment Plans are not guaranteed and require review and approval.
- Students are responsible for making payments by the agreed-upon due dates.
- Missed payments may result in administrative action, including account holds or withdrawal from the program.
- Our goal is to support our students, and we encourage you to communicate with staff if challenges arise.
